Advertisement for selection / appointment on contract basis on vacant / backlog posts of contract based para workers and other block / district level posts under District Health Committee, Chaibasa under National Health Mission, Jharkhand. In the light of letter no. 2463 (MD) dated 24.08.2021 and letter no. 349 (MD) dated 06.06.2024 of Campaign Director, National Health Mission, Jharkhand, Ranchi, applications are invited through registered post / speed post as follows for selection / appointment on vacant / backlog posts of contract based para workers and other block / district level posts mentioned below under District Health Committee, Chaibasa under National Health Mission, Jharkhand :-

AYUSH - Pharmacists

Essential / Desired Qualification & Experience : • Ayurvedic Compounder Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy from Govt. recognized Institute.
• Unani Compounder :- Diploma in Unani Pharmacy from Govt, recognized institute.
• Homeopathic Compounder Diploma in Homeopathic Pharmacy from Govt, recognized Institute.
Remuneration (Per Month Approximate) : Rs. 12,500/-

RBSK - Pharmacists

Essential / Desired Qualification & Experience : • Degree / Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized Institute. Should have registered under Jharkhand State Pharmacy council.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office) & Internet.
Remuneration (Per Month Approximate) : Rs. 12,500/-

Note:- Fixation of monthly honorarium/emoluments is provisional. After selection/appointment, monthly honorarium/emoluments will be paid at the rate determined in the ROP issued by the department for payment of honorarium as per the post.

Age Limit: - The age limit will be determined on 28.02.2025 in the light of the resolution-609 dated 25.01.2016 of the Department of Personnel Administrative Reforms and Official Language, as follows: -
Minimum Age Limit : 18 years
Maximum Age Limit
General : 35 years
Female-General : 38 years
SC & ST (Male & Female) : 40 years
Maximum age limit for persons with disabilities
General : 40 years
Female-General : 43 years
SC & ST (Male & Female) : 45 years

Note: - As per the reservation roster fixed for West Singhbhum district, in case the backward class and extremely backward class applicants are not kept in the reserved category, they will be considered under the general category.

Selection Conditions
1. Application form will be accepted only through Registered Post / Speed Post. The personnel to be appointed will not be employed, rather they will be contracted to work against the accepted honorarium on the basis of contract.
2. It will be mandatory for the applicant to attach an Indemnity Bond with the representation to the effect that they will not claim regular appointment after appointment on the basis of contract.
3. The contract will be valid for one year, as per requirement, it can be extended every year on the basis of Annual Performance Appraisal. Departmental instructions will have to be followed regarding contract extension.
4. If the work is not satisfactory, the contract can be terminated by giving one month's notice / one month's advance honorarium.
5. Candidates who will submit CGPA score card for educational qualification will also attach CGPA conversion chart along with the mark sheet.
6. The applicant must attach self-attested photocopies (with two additional passport size photographs) of all educational and technical certificates (including mark sheets) with his application. Also, it will be mandatory to attach a plain envelope bearing a correspondence address with a postage stamp of Rs. 25/- with the application.
7. The decision of the District Selection Committee, Chaibasa will be final and binding in the appointment process.
8. The Selection Committee will reserve the power to amend the terms of the advertisement / cancel the advertisement as per the need.
9. Any kind of personal correspondence / contact regarding the appointment will not be accepted.
10. In the process of selection / appointment against the vacancies, the reservation roster circulated / determined by the Department of Personnel Administrative Reforms and Official Language, Jharkhand of Chaibasa district will be followed. In the posts of direct appointment, the posts of unreserved category will be filled first as per the merit list. Only after this, the posts of reserved category will be filled as per the merit list.
11. If the information given by the applicant in the application / certificate attached with the application is found to be wrong / fake, the candidature of the applicant can be canceled at any level and legal action can be taken against the concerned applicant as per the rules.

Application Process:-
1. Applications in the following prescribed form will be accepted through registered post / speed post till 05:00 PM on 30.04.2025 from the candidates having the above qualification cum eligibility along with the attested copy of the required mark sheets and certificates in the attached prescribed form / application form, residential certificate issued by the competent authority for claiming reservation, caste certificate, matriculation certificate related to date of birth, application form and income certificate (for EWS) issued by the competent authority (Online) for claiming reservation of economically weaker section along with self attested two passport size photographs. Applications received after 30.04.2025 will not be considered.
2. If the application is submitted in any other office, their application will be automatically cancelled.
3. Application Fee For each post, it will be mandatory for the applicants of General Category/Backward Class/Extremely Backward Class to attach a demand draft of Rs. 400/- and for the applicants of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe, it will be mandatory to attach a demand draft of Rs. 200/- with the application form. The demand draft will be payable in the name of District Rural Health Society (RCH) and will be payable at Branch-Chaibasa. It will be mandatory for the applicant to submit separate applications for more than one post. But applications for the same post will not be accepted under different programs. Also, as per the decision of the selection committee, if the work efficiency test is organized on the same date, then in case the applicant has submitted application for more than one post, the claim of conducting a separate examination for the second post will not be valid. In case of submitting application for more than one post, it will be mandatory to mention it in the application form.
