First Line Manager (ABM – Area Business Manager)

Job Profile : 
• Sales Achievement : To achieve the sales objective for the Area of operation in order to meet the business targets for the area in a given time frame. 
• Field process : To achieve the activity objective by ensuring the compliance to the field process in order to build an orientation towards activity process among the team. 
• Strategy implementation : To implement business strategies with respect to market, customers and product communication in order to successfully implement marketing strategies. 
• Development of people: Provide leadership, coaching, and guiding to the team of their development on knowledge, skill and approach in order to develop EPG skill and knowledge for achieving business results 
• Customer management: identify core customers and develop good and value based relations in order to leverage the customer potential to achieve sales objective. 
• Organisational culture : Ensure ethical business practices and value systems in self and EPGs in order to create and develop an empowered team


Regional Business Manager
Position Summary :  To ensure that the SBUs goal is achieved for the State (s)/Region in terms of Sales and Collections. The objective of the job is to attain set targets from the State (s)/Region by guiding the team of ABM / EPG, which contributes to the total dimension objective for the specific year. He/She is to ensure complete implementation of strategies given by the company.
Job Locations : Ghaziabad, Patna, Ranchi

Job Profile : 
• To improve sales collections, receivable and reduce outstanding.
• To ensure effective distribution network through stockists for proper goods availability.
• Prepare RSP – Rolling Sales Plan
• To attain proper product mixes for the area and thereby contribute maximum towards organization profits.
• To ensure absolute implementation of company strategies by team in the field.
• To make sure of complete coverage of existing customers and better customer service
• To improve market share specific to their Region.
• To improve performance of key focus brands and new products.
• Vacancy management
• To further develop the territory and arrest attrition
• To ensure development of people and to identity people to handle higher responsibilities in future. Custodian of training and development of the team.


Zonal Business Manager
Position Summary :  To ensure that sales, market share and collection objective of the allocated Zone (s) as defined by BU are achieved within the permissible limits and policies of the SBU. To make sure that the business processes like parameters of coverage, receivables and sales returns are in line with the company norms.
Job Locations : Indore, Pune, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad

Job Profile :
• Achieve the Zonal Targets for Sales & Collection
• Achieve Sales targets for the new products
• Stockiest’ appointment with the approval of HO
• Selection of candidates and vacancy management
• Ensure implementation of company strategies in the field
• Ensure discipline and good customer services in the zone (s)
• Develop key customers for the required range of products
• Develop relation rapport with key decision making authorities
• Create a competitive advantage for the SBU in capturing newer opportunities.
• Team building and people development
• Feedback to the Head Office for market activities etc.
• Strategy development and driving
