Post : Junior/ Senior Research Fellow (JRF/SRF)
Applications are invited from suitable candidates for Junior/ Senior Research Fellow (JRF/SRF) to work on the following project sponsored by Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), under the supervision of Prof. Balaram Ghosh (PI), Prof. Onkar Kulkarni (Co-PI]
Title of the project : Development of epigenetic modulators as therapeutics for cognitive deficit associated with psychosis using novel selective histone deacetylase-3 inhibitors
Duration of the project : 3 years
Fellowship amount : As per the ICMR norm (Rs. 31,000-/month)
Eligibility requirements : M.Pharm in Medicinal / Pharmaceutical Chemistry, M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry; GPAT/NET/GATE qualification preferable. Candidates with hands on experience in multi-step organic synthesis will be given preference.
