IIIT Una is one of the 20 IIITs being setup, funded and managed by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India under the Public Private Partnership model. The partners setting up IIIT Una are the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India, the Govt. of Himachal Pradesh, HP Power Corporation Limited and HP Transmission Corporation Limited. Admissions to the undergraduate programmes in the Institute are made through the Joint Entrance Examination.
Post : Pharmaceutical Assistant
Expression of interest is hereby invited by the undersigned to be posted at Indian Institute of Information Technology Una, Distt. Una (H.P.) an Institute of National Importance under the MoE GoI for 01 of Pharmaceutical Assistant from the interested and eligible candidates.

Salary per Month : Rs.20,000/- (approx. as per the Central Minimum Wages Act.)
Essential Qualification and Experience
Essential - Diploma in pharmacy or its equivalent from any institute duly recognized by the Central/State government with minimum 05 years of experience in the relevant field in any Hospital/Health Center. Must be registered as a pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act. 1948 or pharmacy council of concerns State/Central Government.
Desirable - Retired officials/Ex-Serviceman will be preferred. Knowledge of computer application.
General terms and Conditions
i) The posts are purely temporary.
ii) The posts are for a period of one year from the date of joining, initially and later extendable based on performance.
iii) The selected candidate will have no right whatsoever to the permanent employment/regularization, etc.
iv) The assignment can be terminated with advance three-month notice period from either side.
v) After expiry of the said period, employment shall cease to exist automatically unless the same is extended by the outsourced agent.
vi) The employee shall strictly observe the code of conduct, Institute norms, Rules and polices prescribed by the institute from time to time during the period of deployment.
Note
The aforesaid terms and conditions shall be supplementary and in addition to the terms of appointment order, which shall be issued to the selected candidate. Any application submitted after the specified time and or with incomplete information will not be accepted.
