Job Description

Preparation and correction of documents related to analysis as per cGMP and GLP.
Sampling, dispensing of Pharma Raw/ Packing materials, in-process control and finished products as per STP.
Analysis of Raw/ Packing materials, in-process samples, semi-finished and finished products and preparing Analytical test reports as per work allocation.
All instrumental analysis like Spectrophotometer, Polarimeter, Karl-fisher, Melting point apparatus, HPLC etc.
Preparation and correction of SOP’s for Instruments and methods.
Checking and maintaining of laboratory records.
Calibration of instruments and maintaining calibration schedule records.
Analysis of pharmaceutical raw materials as well as finished products as per USP, BP, IP and Ph. Int.
Preparation of Raw / Packing material and finished product specifications as per pharmacopeia and in-house standards.
Conducting stability studies as per ICH guideline.
Analysis and filling record for Method, Process and Cleaning Validation.
Experienced with basic QC knowledge,
Should have a knowledge of In process quality control.
Have an experience in Pharma laboratory with good knowledge of all instrumentation.
Knowledge of preparing material & product specification with respect to pharmacopoeia or In-house.

Candidate Profile
Required Experience:
Candidates should be B. Sc /B. Pharm /M. Pharm / M. Sc (with Chemistry major subject) and approved by FDA in Chemical and Instrument Section.
Candidates have good knowledge and having 3- 4 years experience for Officer and 4-5 years experience for Sr. Officer into quality control activity, in Pharmaceutical formulation companies.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Should have good communication skill with fluency in English.
- Knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office, Word, Excell and Internet etc.
- Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems would be preferable.
