Job Description
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for executing cost effective and efficient sales and marketing operations services are available to Pfizer India commercial organization through common platforms and global processes and policies. To achieve this goal, this position must work closely with the SMS Team Lead to track Field force performance, to Design the annual incentives / awards and to manage FF deployment & SFA and enable BT to reflect our business to our current system
Core Responsibilities:
• Maintain and communicate a field force blueprint that maximizes potential for sales in any given region by distributing representatives into well-constructed territories.
• Handle day-to-day business operations that enable customer targeting, presentations and activity reporting in compliance with all local, regional and global regulatory and legal requirements.
• Manage & enhance SFA systems and make on-going improvements to meet FF needs by working with BT to ensure proper functioning of systems
• Drive usage & change mgt of SFA systems
• System administration
• Establish KPI & Metric for FF across all BUs
• Manage best practice sharing and innovation
• SFE analysis
• Sales progress monitoring &reports
• FF training on SFE process.
• Drive Business Planning and performance review process

Resources Managed: SFA Helpdesk
Experience:
A minimum of 4 years experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry, Sales/Marketing Experience.
1 + years as first line manager and 1+ years corporate work Experience in Sales Force effectiveness and administration is preferred.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degrees required
Post graduation (Desired)
