Job description
Create customized IT solutions which address client needs and leverage strengths of our Organization
Own the pre-sales & business pursuit efforts – RFPs, RFIs, Presentations for IT services
Identify key trends in the market – contribute ideas to new IT solutions & services
Identify opportunities for selling solutions and services in prospective environment
Contribute to the marketing and branding efforts for the practice
Maintain knowledge of industry trends - Research competition and updates on global market trends
Sales Support - Understand total solutions, Opportunity Assessment, Analysis of RFP/RFI/RFQ Documents, Discoveries & Scoping Workshops, Interview and collect requirements directly from clients / prospects, present capabilities, lead or act as Subject Matter Expert, Create scope documents, Design global delivery models, Create Work Orders/Change Orders for existing customers, Establish business architecture

Candidate Profile
Qualification: M.Sc / MBA/ PhD in Life Sciences, B.Pharm/M.Pharm, or BTech/Mtech
Experience: 7-12 yrs of experience of working in Pharma Sales & Marketing, Research & Development

Preferably working with at least 3-5 yrs of experience in working with Large Global Pharmaceutical company or IT Company
