Dr. Rajendra Prasad Centre for Ophthalmic Sciences has been recognized as the Apex Organisation by the Government of India under the National Programme for the Control of Blindness. The Centre also assists the Ministry of Health in short term and long term planning and evaluation of the programme. It undertakes and plans epidemiological investigations and provides technical leadership to the entire nation. The Centre is actively collaborating with various National and International agencies like ICMR, WHO and others in various fields of clinical, applied and basic research. It has also been designated as a WHO Collaborating Centre.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following post in the ICMR funded research project ei “To Evaluate the Clinical Utility of Tear Biomarkers for Early Detection of Keratoconus using a Mass Spectro/ based Proteomic Approach” under Dr. Ramkishor Sah (Principal Investigator), Scientist, Dr. R P Centre, AIIMS Delhi.
Essential Qualification (EQ) :
(i) M.Sc in Human Genetics / Genomics / Proteomics / Biotechnology / Bioinformatics / Biochemistry /Pharmacy / Molecular Biology / Bio-Physics / Space Biology / Data Science / Medicinal Chemistry / Physiology with 2-Year of experience
(ii) M.Tech in Aerospace/Aeronautics/Artificial Intelligence/Quantum Technology/Space Technology/Bio-M* Engineering with 2-Year of research experience
Desirable Qualification (DQ) : Experience of Analysing Human Genomics, Gene Sequencing (NGS), Mass-Spectroi Lumincx Multiplexing, RT-PCR, ELISA, Haematology Analyser, Spectrophotometry, Flow Cytometry, Digital Im; Celi Culture Techniques, Application of Bioinformatics & Computational Research Tools
Upper Age Limit : Upto 35-Yrs (As per ICMR guidelines)
Remuneration : Rs. 45,500/- per Month [Rs. 35,000 + Rs. 10,500 (HRA 30%)
