Age Limit : 18 to 38 years for Open category, 18 to 43 Years for reserved category,
Terms and Conditions :-
1) Interested candidates from 11/12/2024 to 20/12/2024 Integrated Health and Family Welfare Society for Pune Municipal Corporation Survey no. 770/3, Bakre Avenue, Galli No.7, Opposite Cosmos Bank, Bhandarkar Road, Pune 41005 during office hours (except Government Holidays) to submit the application through offline mode. Application along with Date of Birth (Age Certificate/10th TC/Sandah/Birth Certificate), Photo ID/Resident Proof, Educational Qualification Certificate (Final Year Mark Sheet, Registration Certificate, MMC/ MCIM Registration of Additional Educational Qualification, Registration Renewal, Experience Certificate, Caste Certificate , the candidate should enter his name, social category, category from which he wants to apply, date of birth, mobile number and email id in the application. Candidates who have worked in National Health Mission should be given priority in this information.
2) In case of partial, incomplete, illegible application submitted by the candidates In case of rejection or ineligibility of the application, the entire responsibility of the respective candidates will remain. Any form of complaint will not be accepted from the candidates in this regard.
3) The applications for the post are being taken through offline mode only and the said candidate should note that the applications will be accepted in the National Health Mission Office after visiting the office in person.
4) If there is any change in their name (name before marriage, name after marriage) female candidates must submit necessary documents, marriage registration certificate in that regard.
5) Health Department Pune Municipal Corporation will not be responsible if the above information is wrong.
6) After that the application will be scrutinized and the detailed information regarding eligible/ineligible list of candidates etc. will be published from time to time on Pune Municipal Corporation website pmc.gov.in.
7) The said posts will remain under the NUHM committee, it will not have any relation with the Pune Municipal Corporation establishment.
8) Total number of posts may change.
9) The said posts are to be filled on purely contractual basis only for the period dated 29/06/2025 and the said posts will be terminated automatically as soon as the project is closed. According to the guidelines of the National Civil Health Mission, a decision will be taken for the next appointment period (11 months and 29 days) by giving a service break of 1 day.
10) Percentage of total 100 marks will remain.
11) Candidates will be disqualified for appointments if they bring any kind of private or political pressure.
12) The right to change or cancel the selection/appointment process at any stage, without assigning any reason. Retained by Municipal Commissioner, Pune Municipal Corporation, Pune.
13) Experienced and higher educational qualification will be preferred.
14) Priority placement will be given on the basis of marks in the selection list. If the candidate uses any pressure method in that regard, the said candidate will be disqualified.
15) The selection process for the above posts will be based on the number of applications received by scrutinizing the list and preparing the merit list. The decision of the selection committee will be final.
16) The applicant cannot ask for a change of location as per the convenience during the contract period.
17) After completion of the said recruitment process, if the post becomes vacant due to the resignation of the employee at some point in the future, the next candidate in the waiting list will be given appointment orders without conducting a fresh recruitment process.
18) The said final list will remain valid for the next 1 year after its preparation.
