Under the National Health Mission, for the Mumbai District Tuberculosis Control Organization under the National Tuberculosis Eradication Program under the Mumbai Municipal Corporation, the recruitment process for the internal vacancies is to be done on purely contractual basis and on contract basis as shown in the table below. Essential Qualification: - 1. Degree/ Diploma in Pharmacy form recognized University
Preferential Qualification: - 1. One Year experience in Managing Drug Store in reputed Hospital/ Health Centre recognized by Govt.
2. Candidate Should be well Conversant with Various Computer Programming include Excel, MS. Word, PPT). and simple Statistical Package.
Age Limit : Maximum 65 years
Salary : Rs. 17,000/-
After reading all the instructions carefully, the application should be submitted in the prescribed manner. Candidates will be qualified and disqualified based on the sample information given in the application form and on the basis of the certificates/papers submitted during the interview. And on that basis he will be included in the next selection process.
Acceptance of the application or inclusion in the further selection process does not mean that the candidate has been selected. If at any time during the selection process or after the selection of the candidate it is found that the applicant does not possess the prescribed qualification or is found to be ineligible for any reason, the candidature / selection of such candidate will be canceled forthwith.
Instructions regarding application
1) All the candidates must fill the application within the prescribed period in the online google form on the below mentioned google link.
2) The information of each point given in the application should be filled correctly. It should be noted that the information once filled will be considered final and no change can be made in it.
3) Print the google form after filling it completely.
4) Self-attested copy of fully filled google form and point no. 7 All documents as per Mumbai District Tuberculosis Control Organisation, Office of Deputy Executive Health Officer (TB), 1st Mala, Bawlawadi Municipal Office, Opposite Voltas House, Dr. B. Ambedkar Road, Chinchpokali (Poo), Mumbai 400012 (excluding Government Holidays) should be submitted in person (by hand) and by courier. Applications submitted after the given deadline will not be considered. (Ensure that applications submitted by post / courier reach this office within the prescribed period. Please note that applications received late will not be entertained.)
5) It should be noted that if this office does not receive a copy of the Google form filled in by the applicant, the application will be considered incomplete and the same will be cancelled.
Age limit
1) On the last date of filling Google application i.e. Candidate's age must be within the age limit as on 26/12/2023 as prescribed in the advertisement.
2) Hon. According to the letter dated 25th May 2019 from the Commissioner, Health Services and Mission Director, National Health Mission, Mumbai, the age limit for MBBS, Special Specialist and Ultra Special Specialist is 70 years and for other posts related to patient care is 65 years. will remain It will be mandatory for candidates aged 60 years or above to attach physical and mental fitness certificate from the District Surgeon along with the application form.
Instructions regarding filling of application form
1) Candidate should enter his/her full name correctly as per Secondary School Certificate. Copy of Secondary School Examination Certificate should be attached with the application.
2) Only the date of birth mentioned in the secondary school examination certificate should be mentioned in the application form.
3) The age (days, months and years) of the candidate as on the date of publication of the advertisement should be mentioned accurately in the application.
4) In the application form the information about the gender of the candidate should be mentioned.
5) In case the applicant who is applying is married, marriage registration certificate and in case of change of name, Gazette (Gazette) must be submitted along with the application.
6) It is mandatory for the candidate to mention his/her valid e-mail id/alternative e-mail id, current mobile number/alternative mobile number in the application form. Candidates who qualify for the interview will be given instructions regarding the interview through e-mail. The list of eligible candidates will be published on the above Namud website. The said e-mail ID will remain active till the completion of the recruitment process and it will be the responsibility of the candidate to check the e-mail from time to time.
7) A guarantee letter should be given that no criminal case has been registered against the applicant.
8) It is necessary to state whether the candidate is a domicile of Maharashtra state or how, if so, the Domicile Certificate must be submitted along with the application.
9) Candidate should mention his caste details correctly.
10) Candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes and Nomadic Tribes, Special Backward Classes, Economically Weaker Sections will be required to submit Non-Criminal Certificate. Otherwise the applications of such candidates will be rejected.
11) Applicant should mention his current address and permanent address correctly in the google form.
Educational qualification/qualification
1) Detailed and accurate details regarding educational qualification should be recorded.
2) Candidates must possess the educational qualification mentioned in the advertisement on the last date of submission of Google application.
3) Final year marks and percentage of marks should be mentioned accurately while filling the application form. It is mandatory to mention marks and percentage of marks without mentioning grade or other category. If the marks and percentage of marks mentioned in the certificate do not match the percentage mentioned in the application, such applications will be rejected.
4) If there is grade or category mentioned in the final certificate, it should be certified by the concerned institution in terms of marks. It should be presented at the time of interview.
5) Candidates' application will be scrutinized as per the given information in Google form.
6) Eligible candidates will be disqualified if they do not submit the original mark sheet of required educational qualification during the interview.
7) The educational qualification/qualification required for the post must be obtained from a government recognized university.
Computer Qualification
1) Details of holding MSCIT certificate should be mentioned.
2) Certificate course in Computer operation (minimum two months) The details of holding the certificate should be mentioned.
Small family certificate
1) Condition of small family
It has been implemented from 23/07/2020 and Candidates having more than two surviving children from 23/07/2020 will not be eligible to apply for National Health Mission Recruitment.
2) The certificate in the prescribed format is mandatory to be produced by the eligible candidate during the interview.
Application Fee
1) Candidates are required to attach the deposit slip of application fee along with the application form. For open category candidates Rs. 150/- and demand draft application fee of Rs.100/- for reserved category candidates. Dhanakarsh should draw the following names. "MUMBAI DISTRICT TB CONTROL SOCIETY"
2) Applications received without proper Demand Draft will not be considered. It should be noted that they will be disqualified.
Candidate's photograph and signature
1) Candidate should take a print out of the google form and paste his recent clear photograph in the space reserved for photograph. Do not staple photos.
2) Sign in the space reserved for signature.
Selection process
1) According to the number of applications received in connection with the said recruitment, all the rights to decide the selection process through interview only or written and interview. Reserved with Chairman, Selection Committee and Deputy Director, Health Services, Mumbai Board Thane.
2) If selection is to be made through interview Hon. With the approval of the President, Selection Committee Hon. Additional Mission Director, National Civil Health Mission, Mumbai. As per the letter dated 17/03/2022, 1:3 and 1:5 candidates will be selected for interview by applying the criteria. While selecting the candidates through interview, the candidate will be scored as per the table below taking into account final year marks in degree examination, additional qualification, experience and interview marks.
Minimum Qualification Required for the Post : of total marks obtained in the final year 50 marks in (percentage) scale
Additional Qualification/Post Graduate Qualification Required for the Post : 10 marks in proportion to total marks obtained (percentage wise) in final year
Experience required for the post : 5 marks for each year (maximum 20 marks)
Interview as required : 20 marks

Google form application form, bank statement and necessary documents should be enclosed in a single envelope and submitted. The name of the Municipal Corporation applied for, the name of the applicant and the name of the post should be mentioned on the said envelope. Applications without mentioning the name of Municipal Corporation will not be entertained.
The President, Selection Committee and Member Secretary Mumbai District Tuberculosis Control Institute have reserved the right to make changes in the said recruitment process as per requirement or cancel the said recruitment partially or completely.
