National Health Mission Himachal Pradesh invites applications for posts of various categories from the desirous and eligible candidates to be engaged purely on contract basis at different Public Health Institution in the State of HP.

Qualification : Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Pharmacy or its equivalent from University or an Institution recognized by Central/State Govt. must be registered with the Pharmacy Council of HP
Age : 45 Years for all Positions (As on the Closing date of application i.e. January 1, 2021)
Guidelines for Application Submission
1. Application has to be submitted online only
2. Each job has different Job Application Form.
3. Candidate can apply to multiple positions. However, separate applications have to be filled and submitted for each position.
4. There are four (04) different sections to be filled, appearing in the left panel of the Job Application Form (JAF). All the sections has to be filled for the final submission of the application form. Applicant need to ensure all sections are filled and till the final submit is not clicked and acknowledgment notification not received, the application is not considered to be submitted.
5. Applicant can edit multiple times before the final submission of application. The filled data will remain saved. The applicant need to edit the application by logging in to the portal with their email ID and Password filled at the time of application registration.
6. Applicant can review the complete application form before submission and submit it after completing all sections. The JAF will remind for the incomplete sections.
7. Applicant can download, save or print the Application form submitted and retain for their record.
8. The filed(s) marked as mandatory (*) are essentials to be filled in the absence of which the application will not be submitted.
General Instruction for Applicant
1. The candidates belonging to unreserved B.P.L. category are not required to submit Income and Asset Certificate. They shall be treated as eligible for EWS reservation on the basis of valid B.P.L. certificate issued by competent authority and countersigned by the Block Development Officer and supplemented by the non-SC/ST /OBC certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format as approved by Govt of HP. The officers empowered to Issue non-SC/ST /OBC certificate to unreserved B.P.L candidates shall be:
o Deputy Commissioner/Additional Deputy Commissioner / Additional District Magistrate;
o Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil) of the area where the candidate and/or his family normally resides; and
o Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar. if any B.P.L candidate applies for the post reserved for EWS category he/ she shall have to submit a valid B. P. L certificate countersigned by the Block Development Officer and also a non-SC / ST / OBC Certificate issued by the competent authority.
2. The appointment against these posts will be purely on contract basis (only on fixed remuneration) initially for a period of one year, which can be extended further subject to satisfactory performance and requirement of the Department as well as approval of the Government of India for the same.
3. This appointment shall be subject to medical fitness from a Medical Board constituted for this purpose by the Government of Himachal Pradesh.
4. The contract of appointment can be terminated from either side with one month's notice or one month's salary in lieu thereof.
5. Unsatisfactory services, misconduct or remaining on unauthorized absence from duty will result in removal/ termination from service forthwith.
6. No residential accommodation will be provided from the State Government Department pool.
7. One day Casual Leave per month will be admissible, which can be accumulated up to December and thereafter will lapse, if not availed.
8. She/ he will not be entitled for any other kind of leave except maternity benefit as admissible under Maternity Benefit Act.
9. It will be a full time job. No part time shall employment/ private practice will be allowed.
10. A contractual agreement shall have to be executed with the Department on Non-judicial Papers of Rs. 10/- duly attested by the Executive Magistrate/ Public Notary before joining the post.
11. The candidate will no claim his/ her rights for seniority, regularization and confirmation of his / her services.
12. All original relevant documents will be verified.
13. Any document(s) made available alongwith online application, if subsequently found to be false/ forged, the services will be terminated at once without serving any notice.
14. The candidate is required to serve in any part of the State.
15. The candidate should be in the age group of 18-45 years as on 01.01.2021.
16. Relaxable upto 5 years in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates.
17. The candidate must have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any school / institution situated within the State. This condition will not be applicable to bonafide Himachali.
18. Applicants are advised to ensure, before applying, that they possess at least the minimum essential qualification and experience laid down for the post.
19. NHM-HP reserves the right to:
1. Hold Written Test, Proficiency Test, Other Tests for selection, whenever circumstances so warrant;
2. Withdraw any advertised post(s) at any time without giving any reason.
3. Offer the post at a level lower than that advertised, depending upon the qualifications, experience and performance of the candidate;
20. The prescribed Educational Qualification and Experience indicated are a bare minimum; mere possession of same will not entitle applicants to be called for Test.
21. Persons serving in Government, Semi-Government or Public Sector Undertakings should send THROUGH PROPER CHANNEL, the completed application form along with all relevant supporting documents in original, failing which, such persons shall be required to produce NOC before appearing for the Interview, provided they have sent an Advance Copy of the complete application form in original.
22. The persons applying for more than one post must apply separately for each post.
23. Incomplete application form, will be summarily rejected. The responsibility of entries in the application form lies with the Applicant.
24. SPC will communicate with the applicant through the basic details such as email and mobile phone number. If the basic contact details are found to be incorrect, and as result the communications are not received, NHM HP will not be hold responsible for the same. Candidates are advised to check the communication details properly before submission.
25. Canvassing in any form or bringing in any influence political or otherwise, will be a disqualification for the post. Interim enquiries will not be entertained.
26. The NHM HP shall verify the documents mentioned by the applicant while submitting the application as proof of their eligibility and experience. If the same is found to be not correct or the same is not submitted, the candidature will be disqualified from the selection process.
