Applications are invited from aspiring candidates for recruitment of various contract vacancies under National Health Mission.

Qualification : D.Pharm with Registration of Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council
Salary : Rs 17,000/- pm.
Terms and Conditions
1) This appointment is in full contract form and dated to the selected candidate. Appointment will be given till 31/03/2022. Also, if the National Health Engineering Project gets approval for the post of 2022-23, appointment will be given for next 11 months.
2) The applicant should be physically and mentally fit for the relevant post and should not have any criminal record against the applicant.
3) The selection process for all the above posts will be based on the number of applications received. Also list of eligible and ineligible candidates and other information will be made available on the website yavatmal.nic.in.
4) The applicant should apply on a blank paper of A4 size.
a. The application should include your name in bold letters, name of the post, permanent address, telephone and mobile number, date of birth, all details of educational qualification, name of the course, name of the institution, university, year passed, percentage of marks, work experience, - Government / Semi-Government Institution / Hospital Name, name of the post for which the post has been worked, period, responsibility of the post and honorarium payment as well as all other information should be mentioned.
b. SSC, HSC Certificate and Certificate School Certificate, Degree Certificate (full year) and Certificate, Post Graduate Degree Certificate and Certificate, Caste Certificate / Caste Vaidyata Certificate 1 photo of passport size should be attached with the application.
c. Candidates should attach all the facts with the application to the District Health Officer, ZP. At the Yavatmal office, Hon. Chairman, Selection Committee and Chief Executive Officer, Z.P. In the name of Yavatmal.
d. Candidates will have to apply separately for different posts.
5) It will be necessary to attach the certificate of experience of working in a government / semi-government organization with the application. Also experience will be required regarding the subject of the post.
6) On the day of advertisement the maximum age limit for the post will be 38 years for open category and 43 years for backward class. And the age limit for MBBS related posts will be 65 years. Also, the age limit for other patient care related posts (eg Supervisor, Counselor, Pharmaceutical Officer) will be 65 years. Also, the age limit for employees working under the National Health Mission will be relaxed for 5 years.
7) Affidavit Form A must be attached with the certificate of a small family.
8) Department of Public Health Hospital, Complex, Ministry of Mumbai, dated 27th February, 2021 as per the notification. According to the letter received from the Commissioner and Director of Expeditions, Mumbai, when appointing staff nurses on 22/11/21, the ratio of men and women should be 90:10 respectively.
9) The number of vacancies and honorarium as well as the place of appointment may change.
10) All your certificates from the date of publication of the advertisement must be valid before the last date of advertisement.
11) If the posts are sanctioned in the implementation plan of the year 2021-22, contract appointment order will be issued.
12) Right to postpone / cancel the recruitment process / to make changes in the recruitment process Hon'ble Chief Executive Officer Dist. W. No claim can be made that they have been reserved at the level of Yavatmal.
13) It is mandatory to attach registration certificate from the same council for the above related post.
14) For backward class candidates Rs. 100 / - and for open category candidates Rs. Demand Draft (DD) of any Natonalize Bank of Rs.150 / - should be attached in the name of District Integrated Health & Family Welfare Society Yavatmal.
15) The entire selection process will be conducted in a transparent manner based on merit.
