Post : Junior Research Fellow (SRF)
Applications are invited from the eligible candidates, for filling up the posts of “Junior Research Fellow” on contract basis in the ICMR funded project entitled “Discover & Development of human Superoxide Dismutase(hSOD1) Modulators by Rational Approach: A Potential Therapeutic Target for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)” under Dr. B. Padmanabhan, Professor and Head, Department of Biophysics & Principal Investigator.
Essential Qualification : Postgraduate in Biophysics / Biotechnology / Biomedical Science / Life Sciences
Experience : Applicant should have substantial experience in
(i) Molecular biology and protein biochemistry involves cloning, protein expression & purification, and biochemical studies.
(ii) Structural bioinformatics
(iii) Experience in protein crystallography is preferabl but not mandatory.
Desirable Experience : One- or two-years research experience in the relevant field. CSIR-NET, GATE or equivalent
Maximum Age Limit : 28 Years
Salary : Rs. 28,000/- + 30% HRA per month
Duration : 06 months
