Indian Institute of Technology Delhi is one of the seven Institutes of Technology created as centres of excellence for higher training, research and development in science, engineering and technology in India, the others being at Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras, Bombay, Guwahati and Roorkee. Established as College of Engineering in 1961, the Institute was later declared an Institution of National Importance under the “Institutes of Technology (Amendment) Act, 1963″ and was renamed “Indian Institute of Technology Delhi”. It was then accorded the status of a deemed university with powers to decide its own academic policy, to conduct its own examinations, and to award its own degrees.

Qualifications : Ph.D. / MD / MS / MDS or equivalent degree OR having 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience after MVSC./ M.Pharm / ME / M.Tech. with at least one research paper in Science Citation (SCI) Journal.
Desirable:
1) Must have sound knowledge of fundamentals of Digital Communication and free space optical communication.
2) Proficient in MATLAB simulations

Research Associate (1)
Consolidated fellowship / Pay-slab : Rs.47,000/-p.m. plus HRA @ 24%
Qualifications : Ph.D. / MD / MS / MDS or equivalent degree OR having 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience after MVSC./ M.Pharm/ ME / M.Tech. with at least one research paper in Science Citation (SCI) Journal.
Desirable: 1) Must have past experience on Antenna Array Design; 2. Must have proficiency in Simulation Software’s such as HFSS, CST.

Project Scientist (5)
Consolidated fellowship / Pay-slab : Rs.35,400-37,900-40,400-43,600, 46,800-50,000/- p.m. plus HRA @ 24%
Qualifications : M.Tech. 1st class or equivalent in the appropriate discipline. Must have sound knowledge of fundamentals of Digital Communication and free space optical communication, Proficient in MATLAB simulations, proficiency in programming is highly desired. Also, they must be B.Tech. (CS or EE) and M.Tech. (CS only). Don’t apply with Science graduate. Basic knowledge of cryptography or some experience with using RFID tags or worked on some Raspberry or experience of using trusted Platform Modules (TPMs), Good programming skills (must)

Sr. Project Scientist (1)
Consolidated fellowship / Pay-slab : Rs.45,000-48,200-51,400-55,40059,400-63,400/- p.m. plus HRA @ 24%
Qualifications : M.Tech. 1st class or equivalent in the appropriate discipline OR B.Tech. / M.Sc. 1st class or equivalent with 3 years’ experience. Good understanding of video analytics services deployment and application development.
