NeoStrata Company, Inc., a global leader in Specialty Beauty with professionally-endorsed brands including NeoStrata®, Exuviance® and CoverBlend® develops and markets innovative antiaging skincare products incorporating the Company’s propriety ingredient technologies including patented bionic acids, Aminofil®, and N-acetyl glucosamine. As a Clinical Research Scientist, Specialty Beauty you will oversee cosmetic and Over the Counter (OTC) topical skincare clinical studies with external clinical research organizations to support product clinical safety and claims support for Specialty Beauty Research & Development (R&D) and its brands (NeoStrata, Exuviance, RoC).

Job Description:
• Assist in the organization, conduct, analysis and interpretation of product clinical safety and claims support studies in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good Clinical Practices (GCP), and regulatory requirements.
• Perform all clinical study tasks in partnership with external CROs including protocol development, development of case report forms, informed consent and test material supply. Maintain clinical study files.
• Interact with CROs to ensure compliance with protocols.
• Participate in the interpretation of study results, including data input and analysis.
• Communicate clinical results to teams, including summary reports, presentations and claims support documentation. Assist in preparation of publications and scientific poster presentations.
• Support department in routine monitoring, clinical study product supply, study files.
Candidate Profile
• A minimum of a Bachelor Degree in the biological sciences or related scientific discipline with 2 years of relevant experience OR a Master Degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience is required
• Experience documenting and interpreting data in a clinical trial, clinical research, medical writing, R&D and/or related field is strongly preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required
• Technical and critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently are required
• Strong written and oral communication skills are required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
• Knowledge of GCPs is preferred
• Ability for travel (approximately 5% domestic) as needs arise to support the department is required
• Must be customer-focused, approachable, with high-energy and the ability to multitask
• Ability to work in Princeton, NJ is required
