Job Description:
Virchow Healthcare is based at Mumbai (Goregaon West) and are a part of VIRCHOW GROUP, Hyderabad.
We are manufacturers, exporters & marketers of Pharmaceutical formulations in several therapeutic segments in dosage forms of Tablets, Capsules, Oral Liquids, Dry Syrup, Powders, Injections and Sachet.
Looking for experienced candidates for Export documentation and other export related work. As a part of duty, will help Manager – Logistics in smooth process of exports and other export related work.
•Must have minimum 4-5 years of experience in Export based companies
•Should have knowledge of DGFT, Excise and Custom -Duty draw back.
•Must have experience in Export Documentation.
•Candidate must have good communication skills.
•Must have good knowledge of International market.
•Must have knowledge of shipments & export laws and regulations.

Candidate Profile:
Candidates with bachelor’s/master’s degree in Science/Commerce, Computer proficiency, attention to details, problem-solving capacities may apply. Candidates having working knowledge in export based companies and with additional qualification in Export documentation/Advance Certificate in Logistics & Supply Chain will be preferred Brief profile as under:
Pre & Post Export documentation (Preparing documents for custom clearance, for Bank purpose & DGFT related documents)
Submission/Negotiation of documents with Bank.
LC & EXIM related documentation with Bank.
Coordination with CHA & Transporters.
Tracking shipping status etc.
CT1 submission and maintain proper balance of Excise bond account.
Coordination with third party for timely supply of finished products.
Post export compliances – Timely filing of POEs/Cenvat Rebate Claims/MEIS claims
Other duties as assigned.
