ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1. NATIONALITY: He/she must be a citizen of India.
2. AGE:
i. The candidates must have completed 18 years of age and must not be above the age of 32 years on the date of advertisement for the post.
ii. The upper age limit in respect of the candidates applying for the posts reserved for Scheduled Tribe category shall be relaxed by 5(five) years, for SEBC by 3 (three) years and for Women category by 3(three) years.
iii. The Attendants engaged on contractual basis under the Scheme Project under H & FW who are below the age of 45 years and have completed one year of continuous service shall be allowed to take part in the recruitment for filling up of such posts.

Qualification :
1. Must have passed +2 Science Examination under
Council of Higher Secondary Education. Odisha equivalent and Diploma in Pharmacy from any of the 3 (three)Medical College & Hospital of the State/anv other recognized private institutions duly approved by A.I.C.T.E. and examination Conducted by the Odisha Pharmacy Board.
2. He must have registered his name in Pharmacist Board in the Odisha State and must have possessed valid registration certificates as on the date of the advertisement.
KNOWLEDGE IN ODIA:
He must-
(a) be able to read, write and speak Odia.
(b) have passed middle school examination with Odia as language subject: or
(c)have passed Matriculation or equivalent examination with Odia as medium of examination in non-language subject: or
(d) have passed in Odia as language subject in the final examination of class-VII from school or educational institution recognized by the Government of Odisha or the central Government: or
(e) have passed a test in Odia in Middle English School standard conducted by the School and Mass Education Department,
PHYSICAL FITNESS:
The candidate must be of good mental and physical health and free from any physical defects likely to make him incapable of discharging her/his normal duties in the Service. A candidate who after such medical examination as the Govt, may prescribe is not found to satisfy these requirements as specified above shall not be appointed to the servic.He must have registered his name in Pharmacist Board/DMRT Council in the Odisha State and must have possessed vaiid registration certificates as on the date of the advertisement.
MARITAL STATUS: The candidate must not have more than one spouse living if married.
PHYSICAL FITNESS: The candidate must be of good mental and physical health and free from any physical defects likely to make him incapable of discharging her/his normal duties in the Service. Provided that if two or more candidates secure equal marks as per the career assessment made then the following step shall be taken in order of preference, namely;
(a) The candidate who secures more marks in Diploma in Radiographers. Diploma Pharmacy Examination shall be assigned higher position. If the marks are the same then;
(b) the candidate who secures higher mark in Physics in + 2 Science shall be assigned higher position. If the marks are the same then;
(c) the candidate who secures higher marks in Chemistry in +2 Science shall be assigned higher position. If the marks shall be the same then;
(d) the candidate older in age as per date of birth shall be assigned higher position.
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE FILLED IN APPLICATION FORM:
1.Attested copy of Educational Qualification Certificate and mark Sheets of HSC, +2 Science, Diploma and attested copy of the qualifying examination pass certificate and Mark sheet thereof. And also experience certificate of engagement on contractual basis under the Central Plan Scheme, State Plan Scheme and externally aided Schemes if an\.
2. Attested copy of the Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/SEBC issued by the competent authority.
3. Attested copy of the Certificate in case of PH/Ex-Service Man/Sports Man candidates issued by the competent authority.
5. Three recent passport size photographs duly attested and signed by the applicant on the backside.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS & CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT:
1. The engagement is on contractual basis is purely temporary and may be terminated at any time without any notice and without assigning any reasons thereof. The selected candidates will have to sign an agreement prescribed by Finance Department for the purpose.
