A) QC-MICROBIOLOGIST - 01
1) Microbiology Technical Expert in QA/QC
2) Excellent bench skills, including media and microbial content testing for raw ingredients, new products, in process and finished products
3) Environmental contamination testing
4) Hygiene design and management
5) Knowledge of regulatory policies (i.e. GMP, FDA regulations) for Microbiology
6) Excellent reporting and project management skills
B) IPQA - 01
1) Providing Line clearance in every step of manufacturing prior to commencement of manufacturing and during change over.
2) To ensure the materials are dispensed as per the standard quantities mentioned in the BMR.
3) Online checking of In-process parameters.
4) To carry out sampling of In process, Finished Product,
5) Stability and Retention samples for the commercial and validation batches after receiving intimation from production dept and submitting to QC.
6) Online Review / Checking of Batch Manufacturing and Batch Packaging Records.
7) To ensure the process is being manufactured as per the BMR & BPR.
8) Ensure that all equipments are calibrated.
