Established during the Swadeshi Movement of India, Biological E. Limited (BE) started during a time when the nation sought access to critical healthcare products. Founded and led by Dr. DVK Raju, Biological E. Limited commenced its operations in 1953 as a biological products company manufacturing liver extracts and anti-coagulants. With an objective of transitioning from treating diseases to preventing them, Biological E. Limited launched its Biotechnology Division (now Vaccines and Biologics Division) and commenced large-scale production of DPT vaccines as early as 1962.

Production Pharma
Officer / Senior Officer
Qualification : Diploma / B. Sc.
Experience : 2 to 5 Years
Required Skills :
• Should have experience in operating and cleaning a Vial Washing machine, Depyrogenation Tunnel, Automatic Vial Filling and Sealing Machines, and Automatic PFS filling machines.
• Should have experience in operating and Cleaning Lyophilizers with Auto Loading and Unloading Systems (ALUS).
• Exposure to aseptic process activities, aseptic techniques, aseptic filling, sealing activities and media filling activities.
• Should have experience in operating autoclaves and terminal sterilizers.
Preparation of autoclave loads, loading and unloading of autoclaves and sterilizers.
• Should have experience in cleaning the clean room area and machines.
• Execute assigned manufacturing, filling, and compounding activities as per schedule.
Executive / Senior Executive
Qualification : M.Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy
Experience : 2 to 7 Years
Required Skills :
• Should have experience in manufacturing, filtration, filling, Lyophilization, sealing, component preparation activities, pre- and post-manufacturing activities, and aseptic operations. Work allocations, work monitoring, and training of manpower.
PFS :
• Should have experience in planning and execution of automatic PFS filling machines.
• Planning and execution of batch manufacturing activities, including filling activities, lyophilization, sealing activities, and filtration integrity.
• Exposure to monitoring aseptic process activities, aseptic techniques, and aseptic filling and sealing activities. Hands-on experience in documenting activities on the shop floor.
• Planning and execution of Aseptic Media Fill simulation activities and intervention execution.
Quality Control
Executive
Qualification : B. Pharm / M. Sc.
Experience : 3 to 6 Years
Required Skills : • Handling of biological assays (Antifactor Xa and Antifactor lla).
• Handling the assay of Heparin sodium and Enoxaparin sodium is preferable.
• Analysis of the in-process, finished product, stability, and raw material.
• Handling HPLC/GC with Empower Software.
• Managing UV visible instruments, KF, and potentiometer with Tiamo software.
• Handling of IR instruments, Polarimeters, Melting Point Apparatus, and Ion Chromatography.
• Handling of AAS instruments, ICPMS, and NMR.
Microbiology
Junior Executive
Qualification : M. Sc. (Microbiology/Biotechnology)
Experience : Freshers
Required Skills : • The candidate should be familiar with basic microbiology techniques.
• The graduates of 2023 and 2024 with at least 60% marks.
• Good Communication Skills.
Quality Assurance (IPQA)
Executive
Qualification : B. Pharm/M. Pharm/M. Sc.
Experience : 2 to 6 Years
Required Skills : • Providing line clearances during manufacturing activities such as dispensing, manufacturing, visual inspection, packing, and dispatching.
• Collection and submission of in-process samples, finished product samples, stability samples, control samples, cleaning samples, and other samples as described in respective procedures/batch manufacturing records and packing records/protocols.
• Conducting AQL inspections and periodic inspections of control samples.
• Review of the batch manufacturing records, batch packing records, and protocols.
• Preparation and evaluation of the visual inspection defect set, test set, and qualification of visual inspectors.
