Terms & Conditions
• The appointment of the said posts is purely contractual in nature and these posts are not of state government. Appointment period will be from 11 months to 29 days. After that, if the work is satisfactory and the posts are approved, the next reappointment will be given and the waiting list will remain with the office for one year.
• All the above contractual posts will be filled under the point list of social reservation. If the candidate of that category is not available, then the candidate from the backward category who is highest in merit will be selected. Age limit for all the above posts will be as per government rules. And 65 years for retired employees, 70 years for Paramedical and Medical Officers, Specialists,
• No notice will be given to the candidate that the service of the candidate will be terminated without giving any prior notice if the concerned post is rejected by the Central Government.
• Contractual employees under National Health Mission As per the circular of Commissioner, Health Services and Director of Mission, Rashtriya Arogya Abhiyan Mumbai, an affidavit (small family certificate) in the given format is required to be submitted along with the application as per the format. Application not accompanied by affidavit will not be entertained.
• Fill the given application form along with 1) Age Proof (TC) 2) Degree / Diploma Certificate 3) Final Year Mark Sheet 4) Council Registration Certificate. (Continues to apply for A.No. 1) Otherwise applications will not be eligible. 5) Govt/NHM Experience Certificate (Private experience will not be considered. Relevant post experience will be considered) 6) Small family certificate, only these documents should be attached. Along with the application form for reserved category Rs. 100/- and for open category Rs. 150/- with DD (Non Refundable) in the name of District Integrated Health & Family Welfare Society Z. P. Hingoli duly filled application dated 12/08/2024 to 24/01/2024 excluding holidays in actual office during office hours NHM Room, Health Department, Zilla Parishad, Hingoli should be submitted. A separate application must be submitted for each post.
• Candidates who have attached the experience certificate of the place of work while filling the application form should attach the no cancellation certificate of that office with the application form with the permission of the competent authority (for experience holders only).
• The applicant should not have any crime registered in the police station or court cases etc. If it is found that the concerned applicant is selected or the selection order is found guilty of the offence, his selection or selection order will be canceled immediately.
• Employees terminated (inefficiency/irregularity) from National Health Mission should not apply for re-employment.
• Old applications or applications made pursuant to any other recruitment advertisement will not be entertained. Or it will not be considered at all.
• Prepare a list of applications received at It will be published on the website hingoli.nic.in. After publication, the final merit list will be prepared by asking for objections and resolving the objections. After that interview eligible list will be prepared. The notification regarding the recruitment will be published on the website hingoli.nic.in. Candidates should not contact the office directly. Candidates who bring direct or indirect pressure will be disqualified from the recruitment process and police action will be taken.
• As the said posts are purely contractual in nature, no allowance other than consolidated pay is applicable. The said posts do not belong to the Government of Maharashtra, so no claim or right can be made for regularization.
• In case of selection of retired employees, joining Hon. A certificate of physical and mental fitness from the District Surgeon, Hingoli must be submitted.
• The Selection Committee reserves all rights to take any decision regarding the selection process. Selected candidates must report to the place of appointment within 7 days. If candidates are not confirmed within the given period, their selection will be automatically terminated. The Chairman of the Selection Committee reserves the final right to cancel the appointment service period of any selected candidates, postponement, change, cancel or continue the selection and appointment process without assigning any reason. A claim cannot be filed in this regard.
• Candidates should submit the fully filled application forms within the prescribed time to National Health Mission, Health Department, Zilla Parishad Hingoli by 27/08/2024. Applications received after that will not be considered. Take note of this.
