The origins of the Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer ( ACTREC) are rooted in the Indian Cancer Research Centre (ICRC), which was established in 1952 in Parel, Mumbai, under the purview of the Ministry of Health, Government of India. In 1966, ICRC was renamed the Cancer Research Institute (CRI) and amalgamated with the Tata Memorial Hospital (TMH), creating the first comprehensive cancer centre in India - the Tata Memorial Centre (TMC), an autonomous grant-in-aid institution of the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Government of India.
Post : Clinical Trial Coordinator
To work on project entitled “Randomized Trial to Study the Effect of Rifaximin on Gut Microbiome Diversity post Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplant in Acute Leukemia”
Educational Qualification : Mandatory: Graduation in Science (B.Pharma, Life Sciences, B.Sc Biotech, Zoology, Botany) with PG Diploma / Degree in Clinical Research mandatory.
Work Experience : Preferable: 6 month -1 year experience in Clinical Research field preferable.
Consolidated Salary : Rs. 22,000 to 25,000 depending upon work experience. Selected candidate will have to join at the earliest; hence result-awaited candidates will not be eligible to apply for the post.
Duration : Six Months & Extendable.
