Applications are invited from qualified individuals for a Research Associate I or Postdoctoral Fellow position to work on the following project sponsored by the Department of Science & Technology under the mentorship of Prof. Dr. Nishith Gupta at the Intracellular Parasite Education And Research Labs (iPEARL), Department of Biological Sciences BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad Campus
Project : Physiological Importance of Pyruvate Homeostasis in the Obligate Intracellular Parasite Toxoplasma gondii
Duration : 18 months
Fellowship amount : 47000 INR/month (+24% House Rent Allowance)
Eligibility requirements : Ph.D. in Life Science with specialization and/or work experience in Cell Biology, Molecular Parasitology, Genome Engineering, Biochemistry and Bioinformatics. The candidate should have completed the Ph.D. or be near completion within 3 months of joining.
