Post : Team Leader
Primary Responsibility:
· Responsible for delivering the cases on time with required quality.
· Meeting Service Level Agreements
· Responsible for daily workload allocation
· Responsible for setting benchmarks and assessment of productivity and quality metrics
· Responsible for issue resolution within the team and with the client
· Responsible for ensuring team level operations are compliant to policies, and procedures
· Team development and management.
· Ensure completion of trainings for team
· Actively participate in internal process audits
· Provide performance appraisals of direct reports and provide regular feedback, if applicable to Operation Manager (as required)
· Reporting team performance, quality concerns and any escalations to the reporting manger
· Improve engagement levels of team members and maintain the attrition level below given targets.
Additional Responsibilities :
·Perform case registration, data entry, Medical and quality review as required.
· Provide subject matter expertise, if required
