Job Description
Role Overview:
Responsible for developing & supporting identified key procedures in GSG/GOG. Work effectively on Product Portfolio Management and Field Execution; identify growth drivers for the portfolio & devices strategies to support business growth objectives. Is simultaneously responsible for promotional, awareness & training initiatives in the field related to the assigned portfolio. Besides this, it involves coordination with various stakeholders like Sales, ProfEd, Franchise/Regional Marketing, Supply Chain, Distributions & planning team, hence excellent interpersonal skill-set is a key attribute.

This position requires approximately 50% business travel.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Develop and Execute the marketing plan for the procedure(s) responsible; deep technical and functional knowledge of the products and procedures needs to be developed
- Collaborate with Sales and Prof Ed teams through extensive Field Working in all clusters to implement portfolio strategy and drive market development activities
- Manage Branding, Promotions and Pricing effectively and meet business goals
- Develop strong relationships with KOLs across the country through regular field working
- Strong marketing communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Engage with India Franchise marketing teams for various initiatives

Qualifications:
- MBA Degree (preferably with specialization in Marketing) from a premier business school
- Marketing experience of minimum 18 months and maximum 36 Months
- Sales supervisory experience would be an added advantage
