Post: Key Accounts Manager
Job Description:
1. To ensure Sales Growth of assigned Key Products/Therapies with the given corporate hospitals of assigned territories.
2. To conduct Doctors General Meetings / Continuous Medical Education Meetings / Audio Visual Presentations for Brand eastblishment, inline with Marketing Plans & Sales Strategies along with sales team.
3. To ensure submission of reports, post activity follow ups with important customers & business growth as per planned outcome.
4. To conduct field working with Sales Team members for:
- Meeting Key customers for focus products tie-ups
- Ensure execution of marketing strategies along with PMT
- Strengthen AGM/RBM to maintain focus on key products sales growth and entry at focus customers
5. To monitor the Strategies along with the field members
- Ensure Monthly/Quarterly important projects customer conversions
- DGMs, CMEs, AVPs
- Tie Ups
6. To Regularly conduct Meeting & Presentation to Key Hospitals
- Meeting Key Doctors, Purchase Authorities, Committee Members
- CRM for product approvals
- Key Products Entry in Hospitals
7. CRM with Corporate Hospital Chains
- Meeting regularly Key Committee Members
- CRM and Engagement activities
- Resolve any issues on time
- Monitoring & achievement ofsarowth & trends in these chains
8. Team Review & Meeting
Monthly / Bi-monthly meeting at HO for review on monthly/quarterly targets on key growth drivers
Meeting & review of sales team along with AGM - with specific focus on new conversions – plan vs actual, Activities plan Vs actual – MCR coverage.
9. To check and review MCR in line with HO, Doctor Calls, KOLs Calls, DGM/AVPs, Sampling, Doctor Tie Ups ROI

11. To Monitor Conferences Co-ordination & Participations
- Co-ordinate with PMT for stall lay-outs & stall installation
- Preparing data base of Key Invitees & KOLs visits
- Preparing data base of visitors
- Conference report submission
- Post conference follow ups for branding and business
12. To provide regular Market Survey and Market Estimation Study & Reports along with Marketing Team.
13. To Co-ordinate Field Clinical Trials on case to case basis.
14. Meeting Important customers on product complaints and query handling.
Candidate Profile
- Pharma/ Science graduate + MBA (Marketing) is must.
- Minimum experience: 7 - 10 years in Pharma Industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar profile.
- Excellent Communication & presentation skills.
- Willing to travel extensively in assigned territories.
