AM-HR: (3-6 years of exp) (Age: 25-30 Years)

Mgr-HR: (5-8 years of exp) (Age: 25-35 Years)

Job Description
- Recruitment across all business of Super-supecialities including sales, marketing, Medico marketing, training, sales admin and travel
- Maintaining HR MIS- Database, attrition, tracker, cost analysis report etc.
- Handling trade union /IR Issues, employee grievance and conflict management
- Handling internal assessments, promotions, Annual appraisals, fixation, policy etc.
- Handling Induction, confirmation and Exit
- Attendance and Leave report and Monitoring and providing data to HR for payroll
- Analyzing the FW of the field employees and preparing observation reports & review
- Imparting scientific knowledge training across levels on our Brands and competition during induction program
