CSMCRI with much scientific excitement has now achieved technological excellence with several granted patents in the core mandate of the institute and is one among the top performing national R&D laboratories in the country. Essential Qualifications : M. Sc. in Chemistry
Desirable experience : Candidates having an M. Sc. with a specialization in Organic Chemistry and sound knowledge in organic synthesis and chemical process development are desirable. Candidates having research experience in academia or industry will be preferred. The selected candidate will have to work on the project entitled “Innovative Processes and Technologies for Crop Protection Chemicals [Agromission-2]”. The candidate will work on organic synthesis, agrochemicals/intermediates, characterization of organic molecules, reaction optimization, process development, and demonstration of the above processes.
Fellowship : Rs. 25000/- pm + HRA as per CSIR guidelines.
Age : (As on the last date of receipt of applications through e-mail, i.e. 15/05/2023), maximum 35 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per CSIR rules.
Duration : These positions are purely temporary for the period of One year, and extendable on a performance basis up to 31/03/2026 or till the project completion date whichever is earlier. It would, not confer any right/claim implicit or explicit for any candidate for claiming absorption in CSIR- CSMCRI.
