About the department 
The Commercial Strategy & Corporate Affairs (CSCA) unit in the Global Service Centre, India, primarily aims at support the Global CSCA unit in Denmark. The unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within CSCA, including Insulin and GLP-1 Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning and Commercial Operations. The unit will function as an extension of CSCA unit in Denmark.

The position 
The primary role of this position is to lead the team and work to ensure the success of the responsible products by driving relevant projects, to be responsible for marketing deliverables according to the plan and to manage complex core processes in marketing for assigned tasks such as budget, approval, planning. This function requires strong leadership and ability to collaborate across organisational boundaries both in HQ and in Regions, Business Areas & affiliates.

Your key responsibility includes strategy/tactics development/implementation, portfolio management, Life Cycle Management (LCM), internal/external stakeholder management, affiliate communication/cross-functional cooperation, financial management and forecasting.

Candidate Profile
• Master’s degree or above in relevant area
• +7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Sales
• Management experience exhibiting the following competencies
• Marketing strategy formulation and implementation
• Leadership
• Planning and organisation
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills, ability to make data driven and fact-based decisions
• Quality mind-set
• Proven track record working in global and/or regional environment
• Novo Nordisk affiliate experience
• Diabetes and medical understanding
