Job Description
• Assist the manager in the product development process from the concept phase to the post-launch analysis phase
• Involvement in new product concept brainstorming meetings & Planning and organizing production schedule
• Supervision on production, Purchase, Vendor selection and quality control activity as per requirement
• Ensure the accuracy of product and packaging samples and seek approvals required.
• Involvement in promotionary matter for product leaflet, Inserts, literature and other advertisement matters
• Literature survey and data mining for the Product development
• Prepare Product portfolio and maintain time to time on a commercial and scientific level
• Works with Quality Compliance department regarding compliance issues
• Developing product campaigns for Printed promotion material & Sales force training materials
• Accountable and responsible for the whole brand positioning with team work and cooperation with management team
