Job Description:
1. The candidates will be part of our team of drug discovery scientists involved in lead identification and optimization.
2. Primary responsibilities would include independent design, synthesis, purification and characterization of novel small molecules. Strong working knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry including multi-step synthesis and a thorough.

Candidate profile:
Qualification: PhD in Organic Chemistry
Skill Set: Skilled experimentalist; independently designs, performs and analyzes experiments. Consistently displays technical and scientific insight in design and execution of experimental work and an understanding of research strategies for drug discovery/development. Demonstrates independent scientific thinking; typically performs experiments. Collaboratively conducts many aspects of drug discovery projects, aligning goals with project teams and company strategies.
Sustained record of leadership and building alignment within drug discovery/development project teams and laboratory groups. Mentors and develops individuals.
