Many things about Novel Coronavirus are spreading rapidly through social media, WhatsApp and the Internet. Some of these could be true, but many of those informations are baseless. At a time when the coronavirus epidemic is spreading across the world, it is important to know about some facts related to this deadly virus.

In view of the spread of COVID-19 and detection of positive cases in the state the Government in Health and Family Welfare Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar have been pleased to augment the Health work force in the state vide Notification No.8907/H. dt. 23.03.2020. The interested candidates and retired candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria are invited to appear Walk -in -Interview to fill up the paramedical posts as specified below in Fakir Mohan Medical College and Hospital, Balasore.

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for engagement of the following para medical workers including the retired person in Nayagarh district on short term contractual (daily wage) basis for a period of the three months i,e till dt.30-06-2020 which may be extended if required.

Corona Virus (COVID - 19) Infection in the Symptom Cell  Additional health care officers and staff may be needed to cope with outbreaks.  To its doctors, nurses, multipurpose health workers, health assistants, and other interested health workers, who are retired from all the health institutions in the district / municipalities / municipal / arm forces (medical carp) but are able to provide health care as their prerequisites.

Ayushman Bharat - Sarbat Sehat Bima Yojana (AB-SSBY), a flagship state health insurance scheme for the beneficiaires of State of Punjab. AB-SSBY will provide financial protection to 75% population of state of Punjab. It is entitlement based cashless health insurance cover of Rs. 5 Lakh per family per year. Under this scheme, cashless and paperless treatment is available at government and empanelled private hospitals.
