Analytical Chemistry

Should have experience in Line Clearance, BMR Review. Knowledge in Investigations, Risk assessment, deviations, change control and CAPA. Sound Knowledge in QMS.

This is a non-supervisory position to support development of Reference materials. The successful applicant in this role will work on projects including Analytical Method Development for in process samples for synthetic lab.

Perform chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Operate analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Dissolution apparatus, etc. Conduct stability studies and routine sampling/testing as per SOPs.

Expertise in different types of purification techniques. Sound knowledge of different column chemistry used in HPLC. Responsible for troubleshooting of instruments and their calibration

B.Pharma, B. Sc, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry; Applicants with B.Pharma should have 1.5 years in Drug, Pharma Testing Laboratory in analytical profile.

Handling of Analytical Instruments Like HPLC, LCMS, GC, Prep HPLC, SFC, Prep SFC, KF and SOR along with software. Method development by HPLC, GC for RM, Intermediate and final product.
