BIRAC was incorporated as a Section – 25 ‘Not-for-profit’ Company on 20th March 2012 under the erstwhile Companies Act 1956 (now Section 8 under Companies Act, 2013) under the aegis of the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology.

This institute intends to engage the following stall on contract basis for the Project entitled “Ayurveda Mobile Health Care Programme” under Scheduled Castes Sub-Plan (SCSP) initially for a period of Six Months, extendable up to one year or till the completion of the project, whichever is later, subject to performance of the candidate and requirement of the programme.

DTL came into existence on 1st July 2002. It was carved out of Delhi Vidyut Board as a separate entity after restructuring of Power Sector of Delhi and was accorded the status of State Transmission Utility (STU) of Delhi state for all purposes. The Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) is the Central Drug Authority for discharging functions assigned to the Central Government under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act. CDSCO has six zonal offices, four sub-zonal offices, 13 port offices and seven laboratories under its control.Regulatory control over the import of drugs, approval of new drugs and clinical trials, meetings of Drugs Consultative Committee (DCC) and Drugs Technical Advisory Board (DTAB), approval of certain licences as Central Licence Approving Authority is exercised by the CDSCO hqrs.
