AIIMS Jodhpur is one of the SIX NEW AIIMS established by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna with the aim of correcting regional imbalances in quality tertiary level healthcare in the country and attaining self sufficiency in graduate and postgraduate medical education. PMSSY planned to set up 6 new AIIMS like institutions in under served areas of the country.

The Institute, located in Jodhpur, came into existence on the 8th of December 2019, replacing the erstwhile Desert Medicine Research Centre.

Dawaa Dost is building Indias omnichannel affordable pharmacy chain.  About 68 percent of Indian population has no or very limited access to essential medicines and these medicines are often available at high prices, therefore to bridge this gap and to provide branded and affordable medicines of renowned brands to the society, we have decided to introduce ‘Dawaa Dost’ stores, which are meant to provide accessible, affordable and credible generic medicines to every citizen.

Dawai Dost is operating a retail chain of medicine stores across Ranchi, Jharkhand. Currently its operating with 17 outlets across Ranchi city and expanding its network. We are regularly hiring pharmacist candidates for store operations. Both fresher and experienced pharmacist are welcome to join Dawai Dost subject to their registration at Jharkhand State Pharmacy Council.
