Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy from an Institution recognized by the Central or State Govt. Should be registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948. Relevant experience of 5 years as a Pharmacist at reputed minimum 50 bedded hospital, Organizations in Central Govt., State Govt, Recognized Private Hospitals , Nursing Homes, Pharmacies etc.
