I m suprabha ,want to ask that I m qualified Gpat exam in 2015.

Can I apply for PhD in niper in 2018 without qualifying the Gpat exam again, after my m.pharm degree .

I am a final yr B'pharm student and have currently completed my final year exams and awaiting results.  I have qualified in the Gpat 2015 examination. My query is, can i obtain a government seat for a M'pharm course with the Gpat ranking. I live in karanataka and have not written the Karanataka Pget exam.
