Represent the company at industry events, meetings and conferences. Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

The incumbent will support the formulation development team for development of cosmetics and commodity products. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to meet the development timelines.

Collaborates with various departments on the design, documentation, testing, and implementation of clinical data collection studies, and clinical database review.

Plans, assigns and directs the Sales Managers to achieve top line and profitability in their respective Zones. Conducts performance evaluations and takes corrective action when deemed appropriate to do so.

Support business partners in assessing brief submitted by project sponsors for each new project. Identify any gaps and missing information to be collected with the sponsor.

Review of drafts includes checking content pieces developed by other team members for clarity, perspective, accuracy, appropriateness for target audience, and overall quality, in line with all applicable guidelines and internal checklists.

Timely review of Batch Process and Control Records, Validation protocol / reports, Calibration, Qualification protocol / reports & Trend analysis data
