Candidate having experience in machine operation for Tablet, Capsule and Ointment production. Candidate having experience in different packing lines of OSD & Sterile manufacturing.

HPLC Analyst, Operation of HPLC, Troubleshooting, Analysis of all In-process, Intermediates, RM, PM, Finish Product, Stability samples and other analytical samples of lab. Operation of GC, IR, UV, KF, Auto titrator, SOR and Wet Lab analysis.

Knowledge of regulatory guidelines applicable to formulation development. Must have handled ER, MR, Pellets drug products for US and EU market.

Exposure to OSD Manufacturing operations like Granulation, Compression, Coating, Pellet coating, Capsule filling, Primary Packing and Secondary Packing. Expertise in e-BPR and e-log will be added advantage.

Receiving batch manufacturing sheets, formats, records from QA department. Conducting the process operations and recording the process parameters progressively in BMS.

Candidate must have expertise in MDI Packing line, handling - MDI packing. Planning, Packing online documentation in QMS, Machine handling, troubleshooting and automation of Machine. Expertise in team leading of MDI packing Line.
