Operation and cleaning of : Nasal Spray Filling & Sealing Machine, Vial Washing Machine and Tunnel, Manufacturing & Holding Vessel, FFS,Area Cleaning.

Ensuring all equipment and materials used in the filling process are properly sterilized and sanitized to maintain aseptic conditions and prevent contamination. Quality Assurance, Conducting in-process checks and inspections to verify product integrity, including visual inspections, measurement checks, and sampling for microbiological testing.

Handling HPLC, GC, IP, FP, Stability Calibration, Method transfer Handling LCMS, ICPMS, PSD, AAS Empower  QA Department

To prepare documents like BMRs. BPRs. protocols and reports for trial batches, scale-up batches, exhibit batches, process validation batches. To-coordinate and execute scale up, exhibit, process validation batches. To prepare and review the departmental standard operating procedures.

Handle QC instruments like HPLC, LCMS, GC,UV- spectrophotometer, dissolution apparatus, KF, IPC-OES, IR spectrophotometer. Handle QMS activities and maintain lab records.

Expertise in compounding, aseptic operations, and troubleshooting equipment, with a focus on solution-oriented approaches. Dry powder filling operators.

Expertise in sterile compounding processes, including CIP, SIP systems, component preparation, and sterilization. Hands-on experience In aseptic operations, media filling, sterilization processes, and area monitoring.

Candidates experience in Sterile Quality Assurance, covering QMS, Validation, IPQA, and related areas.

RM, FG, Stability, Analytical Instrumentation-HPLC, UV and Dissolution. Handling of LIMS, Empower software, HPLC Waters SAP
