Having experience and exposure into Powder Processing Area Activity. Also having experience on Dryer, Milling, Sifting, Jet Mill, Micronisation.

Environmental monitoring of manufacturing clean room area. Non-viable particle monitoring of manufacturing clean room area. Personnel monitoring. To maintain the Issuance/reconciliation record of items / media for Environment monitoring material e.g. plates, swabs, etc.

Candidates with experience in handling of sophisticated instruments e.g. HPLC, GC, UV, IR, Dissolution apparatuses and other laboratory equipment are preferred.

In-Process, FG and Stability, Analytical Instrumentation - HPLC, UV and Dissolution

Candidate should have knowledge of packing operations. Knowledge of BQS, Autocarnator and Bottle packing. Responsible to adherence cGMP guidelines.

Pharma knowledge of Solid orals & Quality process. USFDA, MHRA, ANVISA & Other regulatory exposure is preferred including ICH guidelines.

FFS, LVP, Flow wrapping, SHWSS, Terminal Sterilizer, Dry powder injection, Injection Labelling, Capsule Filling, Compression, Granulation, Coating

RM / FG and Stability / Analytical Instrumentation-HPLC, UV and Dissolution. Handling of LIMS, Empower, SAP will be preferable.
