Candidates must have a PhD structural biology with experience in protein purification, biophysical, biochemical techniques and structural biology methods such as X-ray crystallography and or cryoelectron microscopy. Applicants must have excellent academic performance throughout and at least 5 years of hands- on experience in the aforementioned techniques.

The selected candidate is supposed to make her, his team and work in the core animal biotechnology areas wing. In addition to their own research programme, she, he is expected to provide support, collaborate to other research projects at NIAB and put efforts towards institute building. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for compiling Drug Master Files DMFs and Certificates of Suitability CEPs, ensuring compliance with global market regulations and emerging market standards in accordance with ICF guidelines. This role requires strong coordination with internal stakeholders and expertise in regulatory submissions, amendments, and annual reports.

Define and implement the formulation development strategy, aligning with the broader RAD and business objectives. Lead the preparation of development reports, protocols, and documentation required for regulatory submissions. Preclinical investigations on the utility of non-psychoactive cannabinoids and their mixtures in diabetic neuropathic pain conditions; M.Pharm. Pharmacology, M.S, M.Sc. in Zoology or Biochemistry or Biotechnology from a recognized university or equivalent. or B. Sc. with Biology and chemistry with research experience in cell culture techniques and or laboratory animal handling. research experience in mammalian cell culture, ELISA and / or Experience in animal experimentation using rodents.
