Age Limit : upto 38 years for open category and 43 years for Reserve Category.

Terms and Conditions :
1) Appointment orders will be given to the candidates who have received the first email or have come for the face to face interview. Interested candidates should submit the required educational qualification documents in a single PDF file either directly or online on the e-mail ID provided with this office or in the prescribed form along with the application form and advertisement. Applications received by e-mail after the deadline will not be considered.
2) The honorarium mentioned before the post is a combined honorarium and no other allowances will be payable.
3) Considering the outbreak of Corona virus (covID-19), COVID Care Center (CCC), Dedicated COVID Health Center (DCHC), Dedicated COVID Hospital (DCH) ex Retired staff / officers will be appointed on priority basis.

4) If the expected candidate for the post mentioned in the above advertisement is not available for the above posts, as it is necessary to fill such posts for the management of communicable diseases covID-19, the said candidates holding educational qualification will be eligible for the post.
5) The applicant will not be able to demand change of place as per his convenience during the contract period.
6) If there are not enough candidates, appointments will be made every day till the candidates are found.
7) All the above posts are on contract basis and consolidated honorarium and the appointment will be terminated automatically if the coVID-19 contagious period is limited, if the co-operation is reduced or if the COVID-19 treatment room in the hospital is closed or the candidate for Hon'ble Deputy Director is present. It should be noted that 1 month notice will not be given for this.
8) The above mentioned posts are not state government posts but purely contract posts. There will be no claim or claim regarding the terms and conditions as per the government service and the government service rules are not applicable for this post.
9) The applicant should be physically and mentally fit for the relevant post and no criminal case should be filed against the applicant. Certificate of physical and mental fitness should be obtained through the District Surgeon.
10) The validity of the registration with the council or any other documents should be in the current period. However, applications of candidates who do not have a medical certificate will be disqualified.
