NIPER SAS Nagar has informed that the highest annual package offered to a student is Rs. 27.8 lakh. Many companies conducted campus interviews for the M.Pharm or Masters students of the batch 2020-22.
National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) is the first national level institute in pharmaceutical sciences with a proclaimed objective of becoming a centre of excellence for advanced studies and research in pharmaceutical sciences. The Government of India has declared NIPER as an Institute of National Importance. It is an autonomous body set up under the aegis of Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India.
NIPER said that different companies conducted campus interviews for the students of the batch 2020-22. The highest annual package offered to a student is Rs. 27,83,000. While the average package of a student is Rs. 7.39 Lacs.
The percentage of students selected in the industry is 78.36%. The remaining students have either opted for Ph.D or are in the teaching profession.
