Sun Pharma to aquire US based Krystal Biotech in 7 million USD. Krystal Biotech is a biopharmaceutical company using gene therapy to develop treatments for patients suffering from rare debilitating disorders.

Last month, it had invested Rs 85.5 crore in Zenotech Laboratories Ltd to raise its stake in the Hyderabad-based company. In March, the company had agreed to acquire Canadian pharmaceuticals firm Thallion Pharmaceuticals for about $2 million.
Sun Pharma to gave cash consideration of USD 7 million which would be paid for acquisition of Shares and Shares are being acquired at USD 34.46 per share.
