A ) Primary Transportation
- Coordinating with Plants to ensure vehicle placement
- Analysis of overdue transit
- Responsible for Transport agreement
- Monitoring permit requirement at all plants and reconciliation
- Ensuring NDC from all transporters
- Generating monthly reports
- Insurance coordination
- Handling reconditioning material
- Bill Clearing
- Freight generation for CM dispatches
- In transit creation for CM dispatches
- Clearing Octroi bills
- OT Analysis
B ) Secondary Transportation
- Responsible for Transport agreement
- Ensuring NDC from all transporters
- Generating monthly reports
- Bill Clearing
- OT Analysis
C ) Warehouse
- Statutory Compliance & Quarterly Declarations
- Ensuring NDC from all C&Fa’s
- Ensuring renewal of C&Fa agreements
