Job Description:
To set up a Formulation manufacturing plant at Ambernath MIDC for obtaining the US FDA/MHRA certification.
To negotiate with every Supplier / Contractor for the project.
To understand the project specifications and implement effectively.
To start the project work from Civil stage and upto plant commisioniong.
To create the documentation system compliant with ICH guidelines.
To implement automation using SKADA systems.
To check the drawings provided by various design consultants and integrate in the project.
To supervise the Electrical, mechanical, HVAC system installations, erection & commissioning.
To maintain stock of all project related inventories.
To have a proactive planning.
To prepare & provide MIS reports.
To execute the whole project in time and in a cost effective manner.
Required Skills:
Past exposure in setting up a US FDA/MHRA approved Formulation manufacturing plant from Green field level.
Exposure required into installation of equipments & utilities.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: Minimum 5-10 years in Project of USFDA/UKMHARA Formulation Plants.
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Chemicals / Mechanical / Electrical.
