Job Description:
They are looking for a Group Product Manager to head their Marketing Function. The position will be in charge of all marketing activities of the company, is supported by four Product Executives, and reports to Director.
Prior experience in Product Management and New Product Launches across multiple therapeutic specialties is required.
Their head office is located in Ghatkopar, in Mumbai and co-ordinates with various locations to effectively manage a total workforce of 300 employees.
Candidate Profile:
Candidate must have relevant experience in handling diverse brand portfolio spread across multiple therapeutic categories. He must have the capability to ideate, co-ordinate and thereby implement a series of Promotional activities to realize targeted brand revenues. The ability to creatively conceptualize various brand campaigns to give thrust to, or capitalize on seasonalities of the products is desired. A flair for training and developing young product executives, thereby getting the best out of them would be an added advantage.
The right attitude and approach is important. They prefer candidates with a strong industry track record, who can demonstrate a can do approach in their work. Needless to say, the candidate must be savvy with excel, word & powerpoint & have good written & oral communication skills.
