AXA Parenterals Ltd. is into manufacturing & marketing sterile of parenteral preparations, life saving medicines and hospital products.
AXA Parenterals Ltd. has first of its kind I.V. Fluid plant in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, the hilly state of India. AXA manufactures Intravenous Fluids in Polyethylene containers under aseptic conditions using the latest “State-Of-The-Art” AFFS Technology.
AXA products are marketed across India through its own Sales, Marketing and Distribution network. The plant is certified with WHO-GMP. The plant has been designed as per USFDA and EU regulatory guidelines as the company plans to enter regulated markets in coming years.

Post: Assistant Manager / Manager - Business Development - International Business

Job Description:
Develop product portfolio (Infusions, Eye drops and Respules) for different international markets.
Promote the product mix to the business partners - with key products- Eye drops and Niche infusion likes Levofloxacin, Linezolide and Paracetamol IV.
Study, identify and short list the products based on market scope.
Shortlist and identify business partners in each market.
Review and sign up business agreements with channel partners.
Freeze business plans for next 3 years with support from business partners and their team.
Initiate regulatory process for each product.
Co-ordinate with regulatory team for filing dossiers as per regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Profile:
4 to 8 years experience in pharmaceutical formulations experience. Candidates with Injectibles/ Sterile range (especially infusions) sales experience preferred.Past business travelling exposure to Asia, Africa and CIS preferred.Candidates worked as country manager or marketing manager based outside India for couple of years.Education - Science or Pharmacy background with management qualifications or experience.Working knowledge of shipping documentation, L/C terms and international trade experience is a must.Should be familiar with regulatory requirements across the key markets in CIS, Africa and Asia.Should have proven sales and business development experience in pharmaceutical international business.
Member of the Strategic Marketing team to help in evaluation of strategic initiatives and support business planning /business development in key markets. Develop strategic marketing initiatives so as to make ‘AXA’ as a preferred business partner and support in creating value for business.
