Job Description:
• Aseptic handing of the oncology parental product.
• Trained in handling containment issue of OSD Oncology.
• Oncology manufacturing exposure.
• Handing of PLC based machines like lyophiliser, Isolators, vial wahing machines, Autoclave & other aequipments used in the aseptic processing.
• Trained in cGMP for handling Oncology sterile product and to work in cGMP compliant plant
• Ensure personal safety & protection measures in a oncology facility
• Participate in project implementation for OSD, Injection, MDI, DPI&NASAL dosage forms.
• Should be well familiar with FDA, UKMHRA, WHO guidelines.
• Exp in sterile formulation Adequate knowledge of all types of sterilizations done in sterile formulation water and air handling systems Adequate knowledge of validation activities PPIC regulatory agencies like WHO, EMEA, QC, QA, purchase.
• To Plan Sterile Injection, OSD, MDI, DPI, NASAL line Production & Plan RM/PM
• To achieve maximum/required Production targets and improvise processes to adhere Zero Batch Failures
• Ensure that standard practices and details are utilised wherever possible
• Ensure that validated solutions are adapted and utilised wherever possible
• Report problems and deficiencies in time
• Participate in regularly schedule production staff meetings
• Actively participates on internal team(s) that focuses on continuous improvement of the Production.
• To ensure proper documentation & cGMPs are followed for Quality & Value addition in Production processes
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Listening & Presentation skills.
• Ensure Plant is at Any Time Readiness (ATR) for USFDA / MHRA / TGA / WHO guidelines
• Expediting of material deliveries and the management of material and document submittals/approvals
• Equipment selection & Freezing machine specifications
• Implementation of cost improvement production projects

Candidate Profile:
Candidate having qualification M.Pharma with12-15 yrs. of experience in pharma production technique & at least 5 year experience in Oncology production Techniques, He should posses FDA Approval in oncology sterile manufacturing (Injectibles & Tablet) from FDA Maharashtra state.
