The following post is to be filled up under time bound research project entitled “Health of the workers working in Iron Foundries & Ceramic Industries” sponsored by Government of Gujarat at National Institute of Occupational Health, Ahmedabad. The post is purely on temporary ad-hoc & Contractual basis for six months only and coterminates with the project, or whichever is earlier:-
Post: Research Assistant (One)
Pay(Rs.): Rs.18,326/- p.m.
Qualification & Experience:
Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in Life Sciences, with good academic record.
Desirable Qualification: Two Years research experience after post graduation in the field of Ergonomics, Climate changes, Heat stress, Electromyography. Working knowledge of MATLAB, SPSS.
Job Function: To undertake field study work, especially on heat stress. To assist in coordination of research activities, data entry, computation of Data and preparation of reports.
Age: 30 years
The interested candidates meeting above-mentioned conditions of eligibility may appear for the walk-in-interview to be held on 15.10.2013 at 10.30 AM at this Institute. The candidates have to submit application in plain paper, two copies of their detailed Bio- Data along with the attested copies of educational, work experience certificates and testimonials at the time of reporting for interview. The original certificates may be submitted for verification on demand. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
